Here is a prayer that I came across when you are really in need of guidance. No ritual necessary, though incense and a candle might really help with getting you in the right mood.

 

O Mother Goddess

O Father God

Goddess of the Moon, waters and Earth

God of the forests and mountains

O Shining ones of infinite wisdom

Teach me to understand my _______

Lend me the spiritual strength

To overcome my anger and pain

Quench my fires with Love.
